Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run your account and generate books, including your email address, login details, plan status, book titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords, selected book types, imprint names, uploaded imprint logos, support requests, and technical logs such as IP address, browser, device, and session data.
Book-generation inputs and files
When you use the creator, we process your prompts, metadata, cover settings, imprint assets, and generated files so you can preview, edit, download, and manage your books. We do not sell your book inputs or generated book files. We may review limited account or file information when needed for support, abuse prevention, billing disputes, or service reliability.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. BookBudLC does not store full card numbers. We store payment status, plan, transaction, customer, and subscription identifiers so we can activate plans, manage renewals, process cancellations, and reconcile support requests.
Analytics and cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, product functionality, analytics, and marketing measurement. Analytics help us understand which pages and features are useful so we can improve the service.
AI service providers
Some features send prompts or generation instructions to AI providers to create metadata, cover art, imprint logos, prompt-journal text, or coloring pages. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party content unless you have the right to use it.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account, books, imprints, downloads, and subscription plan.
- To provide support, diagnose errors, secure the site, and prevent misuse.
- To send transactional messages such as account, billing, and service notices.
- To measure site performance, improve product features, and understand marketing effectiveness.
Your choices
You can update your account information, delete generated books from your dashboard, cancel paid subscriptions, or contact us about privacy questions. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, security, legal, abuse-prevention, or backup purposes.
