These Terms govern your use of BookBudLC ("BookBudLC", "we", "us"), a service of Archieboy Holdings, LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to the Archieboy Holdings master Terms and the BookBudLC Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What BookBudLC is

BookBudLC is a creation tool. It generates print-ready interior and cover files (and listing metadata) for low-content and mid-content books — journals, planners, logbooks, puzzle books, prompt journals, and AI coloring books. We do not publish, print, distribute, or sell books for you. You download the files and upload them to your own publishing account.

2. Amazon KDP and other platforms

BookBudLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), or any other retailer. You are solely responsible for your publishing accounts and for complying with their rules, including but not limited to:

  • Each platform's content, quality, and metadata policies;
  • New-title submission limits and any duplicate- or low-content rules;
  • Choosing accurate categories, keywords, pricing, and trim sizes for your listings.

We size files to common KDP paperback specifications, but we do not guarantee acceptance by any platform.

3. AI-generated content & required disclosure

Some book types (AI prompt journals and AI coloring books) produce AI-generated text or images. When a platform requires you to disclose AI-generated content (Amazon KDP does), you are responsible for making that disclosure at upload. We surface reminders in the app, but the obligation to disclose, and the consequences of failing to, are yours.

4. Your content & intellectual property

Subject to your payment of applicable fees, you own the book files you generate and may use them commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your titles, subjects, uploaded logos, and any inputs you provide do not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights) and are not prohibited content. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the service. AI outputs may not be unique to you; similar outputs may be generated for other users.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use BookBudLC to create content that is adult/sexual, hateful, violent, defamatory, or that infringes trademarks or copyrights. We apply automated moderation and may refuse, remove, or limit generation, and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Plans, credits & billing

  • The free plan includes one completed book total and excludes AI-interior book types. Every cover includes AI-generated artwork.
  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled, and renew automatically.
  • Monthly book credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Credits are consumed when you generate a book and are not restored if you delete a book or are dissatisfied with an AI result.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.

7. No earnings or results guarantee

Any examples, playbooks, or earnings figures are illustrative only. Publishing income depends on factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that you will earn money or achieve any particular result.

8. Service "as is" & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archieboy Holdings, LLC and BookBudLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service or your use of generated files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
